GENERAL:
1.1 This document governs the terms and conditions for purchasing products from SARASA BLISS Food Solutions.
1.2 By making a purchase, customers are deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions outlined here. -
ORDERING:
2.1 Orders can only be placed via email or WhatsApp.
2.2 The processing time from order placement to delivery takes approximately 2–7 days, depending on the queue and product availability. Order status will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp. -
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT:
3.1 An order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp after the order is received.
3.2 A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
3.3 The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery.
3.4 Proof of payment must be sent via email or WhatsApp for verification. -
DELIVERY AND PICKUP:
4.1 Delivery is available only in the Bandung City, West Bandung Regency, and Bandung Regency areas, with additional fees depending on the delivery location.
4.2 The delivery schedule will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp. -
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
5.1 Orders cannot be canceled suddenly, as all orders are processed fresh to maintain the quality of the food.
5.2 If a cancellation request is made, the paid amount is non-refundable.
5.3 As a solution, we will send products equal to the amount paid. -
PRODUCT QUALITY:
6.1 Products are made fresh according to the order to ensure the best quality.
6.2 Customers are expected to store and consume products according to storage instructions. -
